If your lover asked you to climb to the top of a mountain, and you were afraid of heights, would you? What Sophie didn’t realise was the adrenaline fulled outbursts and tears would have the most epic of rewards.

These two lovers climbed a mountain too – only on the way up Jenn had organised to ‘bump into’ their loved ones along the journey. When they reached the top on the hike they were all there to witness an emotional proposal.

This sunrise session, although early, meant that these two lovers, who met after an unexplainable Facebook friend request, started their day as newly engaged. Their shoot was a complete surprise for an unsuspecting Lucy and every detail was also captured in by videographer Zephyr Productions.

A scavenger hunt of sorts led Ebony down a winding path through the tall trees to where Vicky was waiting with a letter – a letter that ended with a proposal. After a teary and excited ‘YES’, followed by some celebratory kisses Ebony announced that she actually had something for Vicky as well – she pulled a ring box from her purse, got down on one knee and asked Vicky; ‘will you marry me?’.

Alysa and Joelle decided to gift one another a photoshoot for a Christmas gift, instead of exchanging gifts. Joelle had not a clue that when Alysa kept asking her to look at the water that she was looking for the perfect frame to get down on one knee and have the photographer capture their beachside proposal.

On a warm night in October last year, Jess swept Asha up to their private hotel rooftop in Brisbane. Ready to propose to the love of her life.
Walking out onto the rooftop, sunsetting and ‘Magic’ by Coldplay being sung, Asha knew instantly what was going on – Jess’ cue to start crying.
