This dreamy, beachy, boho styled elopement, brought to life by The Golden Creative celebrates Jasmine & Lo, who frolicked the beaches of Huntington Beach, California, wildly in love.
Why was creating this shoot important to the team?
The Golden Creative focuses heavily on “Showcasing California’s beauty while fostering inclusivity and nurturing the creator’s growth.” They often share their passion for supporting creatives in building their portfolios to book their dream clients on their social media. In addition, they mention styled shoots are an opportunity to build confidence and practice leading couples, as well as learning different camera settings.
What are the key styling elements of the styled inspiration, and who brought them to life?
Lo wore an airy, light dress from Rent the Dress CT that played with the wind that evening. It moved effortlessly and created a dynamic look. The ASOS suit Jas wore complimented the scenery of neutral tans and browns with the golden sunset. They were both barefoot, and their jewelry from Dea Dia Jewelry was golden. These elements pulled together precisely what The Golden Creative aimed for, a modern boho look.

Words by Jasmine & Lo.
What is your favorite memory together?
The first day we met! We linked up just to sunset skate, grabbed poke, had very long and deep conversations, and something clicked during those conversations. Jas then asked if I wanted to go back to her place and drink a little or grab drinks at PJ’s (a local bar), and I opted for the latter! The rest was history.
We recount that day repeatedly, as it was the day that both of us felt the most undeniable connection on a mental, emotional, and physical level. As for me (Lo), it was the day I discovered the meaning behind “When you know, you know” and knew Jasmin would be my wife one day.
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve had to overcome together?
A challenge we’ve had to overcome together would be friendships coming and going once we got together, mainly because our lifestyles didn’t line up anymore. From being single and socializing with everyone to now having fewer yet more quality relationships, we have noticed a shift in our friendships. This has been a lesson of acceptance in which the process was challenging yet rewarding.
What would you say if you could give your younger selves a pep talk for the future?
LoLo– A LOT. Starting with don’t shave in between your eyebrows. It’s a terrible idea. Other than that, be confident, take more risks, and try dating women before 23. Lol, you’ll thank me later!
Jas– Always trust your gut and your intuition. Chances are, it’s the right choice.
Wear sunscreen to avoid melasma when you’re older. Embrace your short leg.
Then I’d just give younger me a big hug.

Tell us your favorite thing about one another.
Jas– Besides her being the most breathtaking human I’ve ever laid eyes on, my favorite thing about LoLo is her mind. It was the first compliment I ever said to her upon meeting her. She has the most beautiful and intriguing mind I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. The way she processes her thoughts and places them perfectly into words makes me just want to talk to her forever. She’s honest, loving, accountable, open-minded, intelligent, forgiving, and beyond understanding. All of these qualities are easily visible after just one conversation with her. Lolo is truly the most genuine person I’ve ever met, ad that’s one of my favorite things about my LoLo.
LoLo– Since I know “Absolutely everything” probably isn’t an acceptable answer, one of my favorite things about Jasmin is that she genuinely cares and takes the effort to make sure not only I but everybody else she encounters, feels loved and important. She’s truly the most fantastic lover in the world. I wish everyone could experience love the way I do from her.
What does the future hold for you?
Other than infinite happiness, face kisses and coffee mornings, traveling, living in another country, spending time with each other’s families and close friends, taking up new hobbies and sharpening old ones, wearing out our hiking boots, marriage, maybe kids, growing in our love through God and spending every second of life with each other’s best friend.
Is there anything else that you would like to add?
Some advice to others searching for their ideal love…Hold firm to them if you have certain standards set for what you want and need out of your person and out of a relationship. Never settle for anything less than 100% of your boxes checked. It may seem impossible, but we know it did for us (our standards have been deemed “too high” by others), but it turns out they were perfect for each other.
