A Bold, Funky & Creative Bowling Alley Elopement

Bright bold colorful lesbian elopement wedding in the United Kingdom styled by Haus of Gravity (1)

Love at first strike! This elopement editorial was designed for funky, daring lovers, for those who color outside the lines. The vendor team opted for an unconventional location because, as we all know by now, the ongoing pandemic sometimes requires a location change and a lot of flexibility in plans. We’ve seen lovers get hitched in locations that aren’t wedding venues at all, just like this bowling alley.

This editorial showcases that with the right creative team, a funky design, bold colors and some magic. You can have an elopement that’s fresh, exciting, and breaks barriers – just like your love.

What are the key styling elements of the styled inspiration, and who brought them to life?

Dana of Haus of Gravity brought this styled editorial to life.

She focused on crafting a mix of authentic wedding elements with more editorial elements to balance “normal” and “weird.” A stationery flat lay, a moon-shaped ceremony. Bright and bold florals throughout, and retro, funky outfits took center stage.
