90% of my clients tell me they’re terrible on camera. My job is to show you you’re not. I will make you feel safe and comfortable enough to express your affection for each other. I know when to tell awful jokes to get you to laugh at me, and when to let the magic happen. Some say my photos have a feeling of swaying to music.
I have two children, Daisy and Miles. I’ve found so much more success and happiness involving my clients in my life and my family with my work. It helps keep me sane, helps with juggling the work-life balance. What else keeps me sane is good food and copious amounts of strong coffee, especially to get me through the long nights of editing during wedding season.
My clients have a truly inclusive and immersive experience with me. I want to connect with you. I want you to feel safe and comfortable enough around me to let your guard down. I want to make you feel beautiful and draw out your affection. I know when to be loud, when to tell awful jokes to get you to laugh at me, when to play games to get a reaction.
I know when to encourage you with what you’re doing, and when to stop talking and let you be with each other while I photograph quietly in the background.
I’m happy to help in wedding planning, I’ll recommend vendors to you and help you decide what bridesmaid dresses you want. I’ll encourage you to do shots, encourage you to say yes to every opportunity that can add to the mood of your photos but also add to the memory of your wedding day.
I won’t fix your dress into a perfect circle between every photo. I won’t hide you from the wind so your hair stays in perfect place. I won’t ever tell you to pretend to kiss, or pretend to cry. I won’t ever stop you from showing emotion, tell you to stop laughing, stop crying,

What’s your favorite part of the wedding day?
The moment directly after the ceremony where everyone forgets the camera exists and there’s that moment of pure joy and elation with nothing but beaming smiles, tight hugs and kisses and you’re surrounded by everyone you love.
Do you have a wedding moment that you’ll never forget?
This would be the moment of a friend of mine who asked me to shoot her brothers wedding, it was my first. 7 years later, I’d always told her that whenever she got married, I would shoot her wedding for free because she changed my life. It was a surprise wedding, no-one knew except myself and her cousin, and there’s one particular moment of her walking down the aislee with her dad, his mouth is open in shock and she’s looking at the ceiling in happiness, with all their loved ones around them with tears streaming down their faces. I’ve never seen anything so pure.
