As a wife & wife team, we understand what you need from your photographer. We’ve been there! We’ve also been capturing love stories since 2008, so we know our way around all of it.
We’re based in the most beautiful city in the whole entire world: Cape Town. It is also one of the queer-friendliest cities, and an absolute top location if you are thinking of a destination wedding, an elopement, or just a honeymoon or romantic vacation.
Photographing your most precious moments is not something we take lightly. Telling your story in a way that feels like you requires us to get to know you on a personal level, and really tune into who you are. We’re really good at that, and if you reach out to contact us, we’re about to become lifelong friends.
Our individual photography careers combined in 2019 when we photographed our first wedding together. We honestly just clicked. Doing creative work with the person you love and know best is incredibly rewarding, and we feel that it really helps us tell our couples’ stories tenderly, because we understand what it’s about, and how it feels, and that you want to be able to feel it again when you look at your images or watch your video.
We love what we do. We love meeting people in love, we love telling your stories, and we love creating beautiful images that will last generations.

How do you capture the unique personalities of the people you work with?
The best way to tell someone’s story is to know and understand them deeply. We spend quite a bit of time getting to know our couples before we even pick up a camera, and our documentary photography approach allows us to capture you and your story as it unfolds. It is in the little moments that your true authentic selves shine through – the way you laugh, the way you look at each other in stolen moments, or the details you chose to include in your day.
What’s your favourite part of the wedding day?
Stop and savor as much as you can during the day. Whether that’s making time to be alone with your partner for 5 minutes, putting “savor it!” into the timeline, anything that will force you to There are a few moments on a wedding day that no one can prepare for, and these are the moments of revelation: the first looks and walking down the aisle. It gets us every time. These are the truly authentic moments, unrehearsed, overflowing with emotion, and we just love them. and look around.
Where would we find you and what would you be doing after a wedding weekend?
We spend our recreational time with our two kids, two dogs and three cats; we love being home with them, we love going for hikes, we love swimming in the ocean a mere hop from our house, we love gardening, writing/journalling, playing music (guitar and piano), doing yoga, cycling, and we love exploring the wonderful things this beautiful city has to offer.
