This eclectic styled edit, out of Ontario, Canada, is an adventurous blend of modern meets vintage.
Sugar skulls inspired this shoot, a nod to a 3,000-year-old Mexican celebration of celebrating the spirits of loved ones. Racheal Jones, of B Pretty meticulously endored the faces of the lovers with representations of sugar skulls – adding a little quirk.
While each outfit, designed by Balletts, is white, their differences bring an element of texture. One bride dressed in a laced, off the shoulder [with faux backing] compliments a bridal suit with lace bodice and lace sleeve perfectly.
The bouquets aren’t identical. However, adding a mix of florals that are the same, and incorporating complimenting new florals, help each bouquet to stand alone, but not conflict with one another. Florals, by Narbail Designs, were also adorned by the brides – one wore a floral crown, the other a unique floral neckpiece.
The addition of some vintage furniture, and vintage plates to the tablescape, brings this edit together.
