Love in Helsinki: A Beautiful Spring Wedding by the Sea

A lesbian spring wedding in Helsinki Finland

Helmi and Maria are the perfect couple with so much in common, and their love story is a true testament to the power of fate. It all started at the 2017 Helsinki Pride, where they met on a pub tram ride. Little did they know that they were about to embark on an incredible journey together that would lead them to their dream wedding day.

Despite the challenges presented by the pandemic, Maria found the perfect moment to propose to Helmi by the sea. The couple spent two years planning their big day, with a lot of help from their trusty Excel sheet. They decided to get married at a hotel with a stunning view of the woods and the sea, and they kept their wedding theme simple and elegant.

On the wedding day, the couple got ready together, surrounded by their friends and family. The weather was beautiful, and they enjoyed a welcome drink outside in the sunshine. The speeches and musical performances were heartwarming, and the guests enjoyed amazing food and lots of dancing. The party continued until the small hours of the morning, and some of the bravest guests even took a dip in the cold sea.

Helmi and Maria’s favorite moment of the day was changing into their fuzzy slippers after a long day in high heels and getting ready to kick off their shoes and dance the night away. They are grateful for their amazing photographer, who captured every moment of their special day, and the restaurant manager, who made sure everything went perfectly.

For the couple, marriage means sharing their future with their best friend and partner, and they advise other couples to focus only on the things they care about and not to stress about the rest. Helmi and Maria are grateful that they did the official ceremony the day before the party, as it allowed them to relax and have fun on their big day.

In conclusion, Helmi and Maria’s love story is proof that true love can conquer all obstacles and that it’s possible to have the perfect wedding day, even during a pandemic. They are excited to spend the rest of their lives together, enjoying good food, good drinks, and all the good stuff that life has to offer.
