If you could have dinner with anyone, living or dead, who would it be?

It would be Rene Lalique, who is unfortunately no longer with us. I am deeply inspired by his focus on nature, feminism, and the avant-garde, which inspires my own creations. In fact, if he was alive, I would have loved to be his apprentice! 

In my opinion he was the most cutting-edge jeweler in the Art Nouveau Period utilizing untraditional materials (ex. Horn, enamel, semi-precious gemstones) in fine jewelry beyond just gold and precious stones. I would have loved to understand the source of his inspiration, imagination, and learned his craftsmanship techniques of bringing both jewelry and glasswork to life.

My cat, Saber! He got his name from his tendency to communicate by biting me. He’s a big grey tiger cat with large green eyes and a sassy attitude which might be a learned behavior from his mama.
