HOW DO YOU KEEP IT TOGETHER WHEN THINGS ARE GETTING EMOTIONAL ON THE DAY?
Molly is a Virgo. The longer answer is that it’s your day and we’re there to support you. Our emotions aren’t part of it. Outside of weddings, Molly does chaplaincy work in prisons and nursing homes, so she’s trained to keep things on track while letting people feel everything they need to feel.
WHAT’S YOUR DREAM WEDDING THEME?
An “outshine the couple” dress code. We love it when friends and family show up serving and feeling their best. It lifts the energy of the whole day. The photos people care about later are usually the ones of their people, and when everyone feels confident in their outfits, they feel confident in front of the camera.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE THE DYNAMICS OF FAMILY TRADITIONS AND EXPECTATIONS?
Our dream is to get a bad review from a wild aunt for protecting you. Truthfully, families usually end up thanking us for taking charge. You’re always our priority. We respect families, and with your blessing, we let them know we’re there for them too. We’re happy to help with anything, as long as it doesn’t pull you away. That gives them someone to go to who isn’t you, and it helps everyone feel heard. If things are tense, we’re just as happy to steer them away from you and into something on the other side of the room.
