Photographing love without conditions in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in East Tennessee.

I’m Erin, a wedding and elopement photographer based in East Tennessee. I believe your wedding photos should feel like you! This is true whether you’re saying “I do” under a canopy of Smoky Mountain trees, dancing through a backyard celebration, or stealing quiet moments during an intimate elopement.

I’m proudly LGBTQ+ inclusive and honored every time I’m invited into someone’s story. I’ve photographed over 500 weddings across a wide range of venues, timelines, budgets, and identities. The common thread? Love that’s unapologetically honest.

Based in Knoxville, I stay close to home and photograph couples in the Smokies, at quirky venues, and in the in-between spaces that matter most to you. You don’t need to perform for my camera. Just show up, be yourselves, and I’ll do the rest.

If you’re looking for someone who will hype you and deliver photos that look like how it felt, then I’m your photographer.

I’m a wedding photographer based in East Tennessee (a red state in the South), and I’m proudly, openly, and unapologetically an LGBTQIA+ ally. All love deserves to be seen, celebrated, and documented with honesty (and great lighting). Because real love doesn’t come with conditions, and your photos shouldn’t either.

What’s your favorite local spot you’d recommend to out-of-towners?

Peaceful Side Social in Townsend, TN. I love stopping there for their Truffle Fries and the latest wheat beer on draft!

What’s a piece of advice you find yourself giving to all your couples?

Be flexible. You can map out every detail, but something will shift and that’s okay. The magic happens when you pivot with intention and roll with the day, rather than fighting it. Some of the best moments aren’t on the schedule anyway.

What’s a common misconception about your role in the wedding industry?

That I “show up and take photos.” This is what I thought when I started my photography journey. What I actually do is manage timelines, wrangle family members, adjust veils, calm nerves, and quietly document moments that matter. I’m part photographer, part problem-solver, part hype girl, and fully invested in making sure your day feels imperfectly perfect.
