I photograph weddings and elopements in Colorado and Norway for couples who value the moments and memories even more than the photos—whether your wedding day is spent adventuring alone in the mountains or celebrating with all your favorite people at a venue. As long as you’re excited about how you’re getting married, I’m stoked to capture it!
LGBTQ+ weddings and elopements are honestly my favorite to photograph, because every one of the couples I work with reminds me of how beautiful it is to be fully seen and loved for who you are.
As a closeted teen in a small town in Norway in the aughts, it would have meant the world to me to see the kind of LGBTQ+ representation that we’re starting to take for granted. But the wedding industry still has a long way to go, so I will continue to work on making sure all couples can see themselves in my photography.
I have photographed over 300 weddings and elopements since starting my photography business in 2013. That experience means you can relax and enjoy every moment of your wedding day without stressing about being on camera, knowing you’ll be able to look back on every memory, big and small, for the rest of your lives.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me splitting my time between my homes in Norway and Colorado, where I live with my partner and our daughter, our fat cat Luna, and too many house plants. I love hiking and skiing, knitting and baking, gardening, and whatever hobby catches my ADHD’s attention this month.

Do you have a wedding moment that you’ll never forget?
The first wedding inquiry I ever received was for an elopement in a hot air balloon. I remember thinking it sounded too good to be true, so when I found myself up in the air with my cameras I could not stop grinning.
What’s your best advice for creating a seamless day-of timeline?Â
Leave yourselves room to breathe, and don’t forget that the whole day is part of the experience (and your future memories).
If you could have dinner with anyone living or dead who would it be?
Taylor Swift. As a former English literature student that focused on Women’s & LGBTQ+ fiction, I have so many questions for her.
