Hey! We’re Lucy & Dean, a husband and wife team that calls the NSW South Coast near Wollongong home. We photograph weddings, elopements & families across the beautiful South Coast of NSW, Southern Highlands, Kangaroo Valley, Wollongong & Canberra regions.
Our role at every wedding/elopement that we’re invited to be a part of is to document each moment in time as a time capsule. Encapsulating you both as your most authentic selves, your loved ones, the landscape, the details, the laughs, the tears, + everything in between.
We want for your memories to live on for generations, to showcase the time capsule that those moments in time are, full of the love and vibrancy. We want your children, and their children, to be able to be taken back to those moments and feel like they were there. Rather than fading as the years go on, these moments captured will grow with you and continue to be a part of your love story.

Yes! We have a mini dachshund named Winston, who we’re utterly OBSESSED with!
HOW CAN COUPLES INCORPORATE THEIR UNIQUE LOVE STORY INTO THEIR WEDDING DAY?
This I feel is how all weddings should be based upon. Not just your love story, but elements that are a reflection of you both & what you value. Maybe you both met at a dog park, sharing an afternoon socialising your pups. An idea here would be to definitely have them physically there as a part of your day, but if that’s a logistical headache or not possible for your venue, then perhaps having a cocktail specifically named after your dog’s could be a great way!
We’ve also had couple’s include place settings as Hinge profiles, reflecting how the couple met. Each guest had a photo either of them, or with the couple, and their profile was written about that guest’s unique qualities & what they meant to the newlyweds. Super personal, and it was such a loved idea by guests!
Perhaps you may wish to name your tables instead of Table 1, 2, etc. after places that are meaningful from your relationship. eg. Table 1 instead could be instead named Hyams Beach, after the location that you became engaged!
There’s plenty of ways that you can include your story into your day!
IF YOU HAD A SUPERPOWER WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Time travel. 100%. Not necessarily to go forward, we like living in the moment as much as we can, and going backward we wouldn’t want to drastically alter anything.. but the ability to go back in time and spend more time with our loved ones who are no longer here is without a doubt a superpower we’d love to have!
