This Mustard & Mauve-styled inspirational shoot was inspired by rich and vibrant tones. With a desire to see more color and contrast in the world of wedding design. The artistic vision of Mustard & Mauve was created and executed by Perfectly Designed Events and expertly captured by Jennifer Galea Photography.
When designing the shoot, a bold, unusual color palette and a mix of non-traditional textures were the vision. Rich mustard, burnt orange, mauve and pale pink was the perfect color palette to pair with the exposed brick and dark wood furniture from Design House London. Every element was thoughtfully selected. From the handmade napkins and the painted taper candles to the vintage glassware and textured dinnerware. No detail was overlooked. Lush blooms and subtle green floral pieces, created by Westbrook’s Flower Shoppe, brought the shoot to life in vibrant color. The modern and minimalistic stationery elements by Cody Calligraphy. Including the Hers & Hers Lavender Mule and Peach Iced Tea fresh cocktails in crystal stemware. The perfect delicate accent to the otherwise industrial surroundings.
The couple, Anique and Hailey, looked stunning in attire to match their real-life personalities. Elegant, sophisticated garments designed by Les Aimants New York and supplied by Silk Row Bridal. This styled shoot was full of small, unique details. Like Hailey’s antique ring from her Grandmother and Anique’s rose gold plated ring. Anique and Hailey were glowing, with makeup and hair by Ty Wilson Artistry, who styled them each to match the style of their attire. Even Atlas, the venue’s friendly Bernese Mountain dog, was dressed for the occasion in a mustard yellow and white polka dot bowtie to match the theme!
Each and every stunning element of this styled shoot paired beautifully together to create a rich, vibrant and unique design. Mustard & Mauve is the perfect example of how to play with unique color and contrast to create an event design that is true to the couple in love!
