Timeless Lovestories
Hi, I’m Evelyn but just call me Eve! I’m a Queer Latina born on the East Coast and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I am an explorer and curious person by nature, and I’m incredibly passionate about the things I do. I’ve been photographing for a long time now. It’s in my blood. I love bold and golden colors in my photos with a touch of moody vibes.
I’m more of a go with the flow kind of gal and try to document your day as it unfolds without so much equipment around me to interrupt your flow. I will pose you from time to time and also let you be. So I can document who you are as a couple and capture the natural love you have for each other. Fifty years from now, when your wedding album is passed amongst loved ones you want them to feel like they were there when they see the photographs.
I get inspired by traveling, the arts, movies, people, and all the love stories in between. I can’t wait to hear from you!

When I got married in 2014 I didn’t find a lot of websites or magazines with LGBTQ+ couples. I was already doing photography but that’s when I decided to look into weddings and focus on offering photography for everyone. I love when my community considers me to be their possible wedding photographer. It’s an honor.

How do you balance your creative vision with the couple’s wishes?
I like to create a sample timeline for my couple. Like that we both leave time for my time to be creative and also time for the couple to enjoy their day and get the photos that they really want. In the end my couples always tell me that they are happy that they got a bit of both worlds. My creative side but also what they wanted. I just do 50/50. My couple’s happiness is important to me.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT WORKING WITH COUPLES DURING THEIR WEDDING JOURNEY?
I love getting to know my couples. If their package includes an engagement session, then we sometimes get together before or after their session and go to a nearby restaurant/bar for cocktails and appetizers. I can sometimes be an introvert in front of a big group so I take the time to get to know my couples before so that I don’t feel awkward on the day of their wedding day. This way my energy goes to them more than towards me worrying about what others think. If they don’t have an engagement session in their package, I still ask them to meet in person for lunch or dinner or something. If they are long distance then we meet again over Zoom.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Iceland, Italy and France. I’ve been to Italy and loved it. Can’t get enough of it. My next trip would be to either Ireland and France.
