Getting married in Miami

Miami brings art, food and beaches to the table, and our directory includes affirming vendors right here.

The legal bit

Miami follows Florida law. If neither of you lives in Florida, there’s no waiting period. If at least one of you does, there’s a 3-day wait, unless you both live in Florida and complete a registered premarital course. The license is valid for 60 days, and a Florida notary public can legally officiate.
