Lord Violet is a subversive yet femme jewelry line influenced by alternative subculture. Brass is paired with recycled materials to…
Juxtaposing rough with smooth, fine with contemporary, Debra Fallowfield has been at the forefront of modern jewellery in New Zealand for nearly 20 years.
Using age-old traditions such as forging, wax carving, piercing, soldering and fusing, Debra impeccably crafts wedding and engagement rings by hand specialising in bold, bespoke pieces that are as unique as the destined wearer's fingerprint.
Her distinctive pieces make a refreshing change in a jewellery market saturated with cheap mass-produced replicas.
Debra carries a strong ethical consciousness throughout her practice, sourcing the majority of her gold from one-man boutique mines on the rugged West Coast of New Zealand. All her diamonds and gems are fair trade and Debra is also an ambassador for Charles & Colvard moissanite, an exciting new diamond replacement.
Although based in New Zealand, she sends work across the Globe almost weekly and welcomes all enquiries near and far, or appointments can be arranged at her custom-built showroom in Dunedin, in the beautiful South Island of New Zealand.
Debra tries to visit Australia at least twice a year to meet with clients.
