I’m Lachy, a digital & film photographer from Melb. I focus on creating thoughtful photography to give you the best memories of your day, whether that’s a wild confetti exit or capturing you sharing a quiet moment together.

What’s your favourite season for weddings and why?

I think Autumn is such an underrated time of year for a wedding, the colours and tones are so beautiful and the light at that time of year is
soft and dynamic.

What’s your go-to gear or tool at a wedding?

My favourite bit of kit is my 1955 Rolleiflex 2.8 medium format film camera, it’s a timeless beauty that captures stunning square photographs with all that nostalgia of old analog images.

What’s your advice for dealing with wedding day jitters?

Honestly having the right team of vendors around you is the best way to feel settled & comfortable on your wedding day. We’re with you for most of the day and when your vendors feel like your friends it makes the whole process enjoyable for you and your guests.
