Once you’ve completed this questionnaire, if you haven’t aready, we’ll also need you to complete a vendor list for us. This is only applicable if more than just your photographer was a part of your engagement. It’s really important to us that we’re able to credit all the incredible suppliers that helped bring your engagement to life.
